Don't know how this compares to others but I really like mine. The left right angle and position distance from wall is simply by holding tv adjusting its. The angle up down is secured in place by tightening black knob. Easymount EZDJ-02 lcd tv wall mount the one shown out of packaging is mine.

Doesn't seem to be currently available. Will hold a small tv about 13 to 27 in just any position up down, left right, and from 3 10 away the wall.
